What is this 'Magical Box'? Screenshot please, so we know what it is more.

Yes, the magical box has messed up pixels.

Part of it moves every which way.

I can't really explain it, but it happens randomly.

Sort of like messed up special effects

Try re-installing Java. That should work. If it doesn't then there is something wrong with your computer. Do you have a Graphics card or integregrated Graphics? That may be another reason only projects that move give you errors. Hope that helps!
