Gale3D Now has True Sprite Z-Sorting!

No more buggy layering, cause now I have the real thing!

Demonstration

(Paddle2See DID suggest I use a certain method - but I found that it didn't work for me.)

There are so many 3d projects that use cheaty methods to do this - so I thought, "What's wrong with the real thing?" and made this array based Perfect sprite Z-sorter.

Other than the fact that it's pretty slow this works REALLY well and NEVER gets anything wrong. No more complaints.  big_smile

The only problem is I have an issue where i CAN'T make this fully adaptable without atomicism (BYOB), and this's code only allows for 8 Z-Sorted Sprites (and the Gale3D Logo). So, yeah. BYOB in normal scratch plox.

This demo shows some nice looking multicoloured scratchcats shifting about a 3D scene going in front and behind each other. Enjoy!  big_smile

To-Do: convert this to work with the Wireframe Renderer.

Love-its give the motivation to develop the Gale3D project further!

I fall: It's a tragedy. You fall: It's comedy.
Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.
