Seeing as your not in the competitive battleing environment yet, you only really need good moves, not good stats. It sound like you want a team for after tge pokemon league too though so this will be good later too. You need either an electric type or a ghost type is my opinion. For an electric type raichu is good because rapidash covers speed for you. For ghost I'd say spiritomb because of gengar being mainly speed again. A psycic type is also good, although I can't think of any good ones because alakazam is again mainly speed.

Any Steel Type would compliment that nicely.
Tropius works fine while you're in the league, but he's screwed against anything with an Ice Type move. I would personally replace him with a grass type which doesn't have a secondary type. Tangrowth is my personal favourite.

i tried catching a tangela in the marshes safari zone thing but i failed -___- could i maybe replace troupieus with a roserade and use a magnezone (i already have a magnemite, i could level it up to a magneton and then lvl it up in mt. cornet to a magnezone). its steel AND electric, i needed an electric type, and you recamened a steel type so it works perfectly    what do you think about magnezone?

Magnezone is a generally good choice. Roserade is fair too, I just personally prefer Tangrowth.
