Hmm, took me a while, but I think I have some answers..

3, You are going to put me in prison for 6 years    (That took me way to long to figure out, but then I saw the Judges contradiction xD)
4, I can only guess this was Hurricane Bertha? If not, I have no idea...
5, Single letter before a palindrome    Such as, ananaB
6, No (I only knew the answer because I've heard this riddle before    )
