Say, if there were any commercial spammers, they would never take the time to make a project. So, they could not make an account and thus would not be able to spam! However, there are some contributing users with no projects, like you and Mozaz.

  i am STILL working on NinjaX    its has been a few months now    but i assure you NinjaX will be awesome

It would stop spammers because most of them wouldn't wait 50 days and make a project just to spam. This is an awesome idea!

Well, we are deleting the tons of users that have about 0 projects and approx 0-1 posts.
