Contest

SIGN UPS FOR PLAYERS, JUDGES AND OTHERS CLOSE DECEMBER 4TH!

Do you have a project you want to get noticed? Do you think you have a great project that could win a contest? Are you tired of me asking you questions? Then you should totally enter my contest! Here is how it works...

There are three judges.  One will be me. There are some rules for  judges. One is that they HAVE to be devoted. I expect you to vote for every round. I will give you a nudge if you wait more than 24 hours to vote. If I do this three times within five rounds, I'm replacing you. So, don't bother if you are not commited. Also, you can't play favorite with one person who is your friend. And you can't submit your own project.
Judge Slots:
1)Turtlewarrior
2)Iamrpk
3)
Replacement Judge #1)
Replacement Judge #2)
Replacement Jude  #3)

There can be any amount of players. There will also be an amount of rounds realted to the players. Picture it like a tournament. Many diffrent matches in each rounds. For example, say there is 16 people. There will be 4 rounds. In the first round there will be 8 matches containing 2 people each. The winner of each round will advance to the next round. And so on. You'll get it as you get along. We need at LEAST 8.

Player Slots:
1)fg123: First Round Choice: Xenotype 7
2)gettysburg11: First Round Choice: Tour of Gettysburg 2
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)
8)
More might be added, if more want to.

Here is some other, optional slots that I don't really need, but you'll obviously get credit.
Graphics: You might need to make bracket if there are more than 16 people. I'd also need a banner:
CoOrdinater: Co ordinates people, does technical stuff:
CoHost: Hosts for small periods when I can't be here:
Nudger: Nudges judges if they haven't posted.
Executioner: Let's judges know if they are getting kicked out.

If you want to enter make a form like this:

Your Nickname-If you want to be Judge, Player, or other- The Game you want to enter if you are a player- Link to your game. If you want to be an "other" than give a sentence or two why you want to be it.

Then I'll add your name and project. Also, you choose diffrent projects each round. You can only choose a project once, so don't use your best project on the first round or anything.

Example: Turtlewarrior- Player- Ten Questions of Doom-
and then I'd place a link. But if the link is in your siggy than post it anyway.

OR

Turtlwwarrior- Graphics Designer- Because I am good with graphics and have MS Paint.

Re: Contest

Do you pick one project and that is used for the entire tourney, or do you choose different projects for each round? I'll enter either way, I just want to know.

So that's it. And you know I'm reliable because I wrote the Scrationary, even though nobody knows what that is!

I really do not think that this should belong on the "Show and Tell..." section of scratch forums. Maybe it should go under "Inspiration and more..."

Re: Contest

No, show and tell is really the best place for a contest format thread.

Nope. It can be an animation, game, thingmajig*... anything.

*Neither a game nor animation, the thingmajig is commonly seen used by five year-olds, has no objectives, so it's not a game, but it's not an animation so its not  movie. However, some have been known to perfect the art of thingmajigging. Though its really, really hard.
