Looking For Awsome Scrolling Engine

I'm looking for scrolling engines on Scratch. If you know any, post them here. But please tell me what is the smoothest scrolling engine around. I'm making Half-Life Scratch: Code Red (Half-Life Scratch game) and I need the best stuff to pull it off. Thanks!
