Yes, I know what it is and what they do, but...

How do you get picked to be one... or do you apply to be one?

EDIT: just wondering because I would love to be one if I can.

The Scratch Team picks repsonsible Scratchers who show to consistently help others.
All 3 forum moderators never asked for the position, they were just asked. There is also a less chance of you becoming one if you ask for it.
