If the text is in the stage, go into the paint editor and reposition the text. If the text is in a sprite, either do the above or move the sprite either by setting its X and Y position, or by dragging it with the mouse.

if the sprite you are trying to stick text to is moving try "forever, go to sprite", and set the texts center a little off if you dont want it right on the sprite.
