Lag

i've gotten to the point in my project where even in presentation mode, it lags BADLY.
Any suggestions?

It might be too large
Cut out stuff you don't need
You have music?

Try compressing the sounds and/or graphics. Go to the edit menu and you'll see options for doing this.

If you have a lot of music, for sure compress it. Music is the worst offender for lag.


I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

i have no music, but i will soon. i'll try compressing it, but i hope i don't have to cut out anything.
