Can mods mod each other?

Can a moderator edit another moderator's posts? Ban them? I have an idea for a forum game...  wink

Yeah, I guess so. What if a mod does something bad? Someone still has to edit it.

I would guess that the answer is yes. LOL, I made a rhyme.

Re: Can mods mod each other?

Yes, I think I saw a moderator's post that was edited. And why not? They can edit any post, so of course!

And yes, they can probably ban each other.

Re: Can mods mod each other?

A mod probably isn't protected from being banned. However, seeing as they we're chosen for being good Scratch members, It's unlikely that MRN or Cheddargirl are going to have a massive battle over who can ban each other first.

Mods can't ban other mods (At least that's what it says on my forum)

Yep, usually mods are protected from bans. If they did something bad the admins can just remove their mod status as a punishment.

I did that when there was a server glitch and everyone got banned from the regular Scratch forums, including myself (remember that time? XP). Assuming a mod bans himself/herself, the only one able to remove the ban will be the Scratch Team.

Can't the Scratch Team get banned? If so, then only Andrés could fix it (The-Whiz has said that you can't ban him).

Re: Can mods mod each other?

I remember once Paddle2See had to edit his own post because of what he said.

I wonder how many people will realize that this is fake.

Hint: Look at the date. There is no February 30th!  lol
