I spent about half an hour or so composing a song entirely on Scratch Sound Blocks, and decided to put it online. The sound quality was.....weird....the Taiko Drum sounded WAY louder and echoed too much, and the other instrument sounds were a bit off too.
The Project is here: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/matthewthemagical/764546
Is there any way I can fix the quality?

Hi matthewthemagical, differences in the sound of the note blocks are due to the differences in the sound bank of the online Java player and the designated sound bank of whatever computer you are using; for some instruments, the difference in the sound online differs little than the sound offline, but, other times, the sound difference can be quite significant. For the most part, I have noticed this when the instrument number is of a higher number.
Sadly, there isn't a way to manipulate the sound of the notes blocks when playing a Scratch project online. But, as an experiment, you could try uploading a Scratch project that allows you to listen to the quality of the sound online, and from this experiment, you could adjust your instrument project to accommodate for the differences in sound. Another option could be to put in your project notes to ask Scratchers to download the project for better sound quality. Or perhaps you may feel that the sound quality will not diminish from the project too much and leave everything as it is. The choice is up to you.
