A dictionary for Scratch?!

What if the new Scratch had a dictionary. This would open up an entire new type of game (word games)? This would be a huge help and open up new avenues of never before seen scratch games like: type in a random word in __ seconds, write words that begin with _ _ _, etc. It would also be great if it could include: choose random _ letter word. Write comments and ideas below.

Re: A dictionary for Scratch?!

My Hangman game has a dictionary of over 500 words.  Maybe you could use that to make a game.

Dictionaries can be programmed with lists.

It would take an awful lot of effort, and there would be so many words left out. Is there a way to find a huge, online list of words and paste it into Scratch?

Re: A dictionary for Scratch?!

It would take little effort actually. Just paste your list of words into a .txt document, then import it as a list.

You can try it with this list of words
