The Ability to Flag Galleries
You can flag projects and comments, but why not galleries? I got this Idea when I discovered this:

You should send an e-mail to the Scratch team. I guess it would be a useful feature though.

I've seen galleries like that and ones that are being used chat rooms as well. Yes i agree, we need to implement this in to the site
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

It definitely should be added! Desperately flagging a user's projects instead (if they have any) or flagging their forum posts (if they have any) is bad.
The Contact Us button would work, but that's just irritating. If that were the argument against this, then the Scratch Team could just remove the project flagging features as well.
And it's faster as well! Just click, and it's done.
