This is a trouble we need to shoot. This is a problem we found on Scratch. Feel free to move the topic...
We really need to make action. Here's my plan(I'll also use this thread if there is a problem within this):
THE STEPS
1. Collab project of many members. 1 main(that'll be me), 5 scriptors, 5 artists, 5 fixers(fixing scripts), 5 editors, 5 animators(adding more costumes, making smoother), 2 sound suppliers, 1 look-over(looking over the project, giving feedback)
2. After the qualified scratchers are chosen, they'll need to make 'testing' accounts. The main will start and work on the beginning of the animation.
3. They'll share the project. Communicate through project, project notes, comments, forums, ANYTHING.
4. The scriptors shall add scripts to what will happen next in this. SOMEBODY MUST CLAIM WHAT THEY ARE DOING NEXT, AND WHO THEY ARE DOING AFTER. You don't want to waste time, when you weren't going to do the next part...
5. The artists will then fill in what the animation is going to be, looking at the scripts to see how many costumes are needed.
6.The animators will then make sure it runs smoothly, and makes the needed edits
7. The look over, editors, and fixers, will then look over the project in the this order: Fixers, editors, look over.
8. The sound and music suppliers will find fitting songs, effects, and voice actors.
9. Scriptors, artists/animators, and the main will do the next part.
10. Repeat the needed steps till the end
11. The look over and main will then download, and try to make sure that the file isn't too large.
12. The main will then share it in Scratch, adding any touch ups. The file is too large, then it'll be shared on media fire.
13. If it's on media fire, the main will make a preview project, and link it in the notes.
THE GOAL
We'll try to make a deep, small movie of what's happening in Scratch. We'll try to make sure everybody sees that the message is DON'T QUIT/STOP THE BULLYING! We should also try to get on the front page, as it's the best way to get the message through.

Did you atleast read what I posted at the top? I don't want anybody posting that unless it's a moderator.

You should probably call it the anti-quitting colab.

Well, read the steps. I haven't started yet. I'm thinking about it. We can start discussing. @pinochio: Sure!
