Hello Keion, (Nice name by the way)
You have asked the most broad, general, question about scratch, "How do you make a game?" Well, there are lots of forum topics that include tutorials, instructions, examples, and definitions. There is a forum post (Botttom of this reply) that linked to many different tutorials, all which helped lots of people, including me. Once you have the basic's of scratch learned, play around with a few things, or download a few projects that other users made, you will notice that things that look like they have an easy script actually took work for the user to make...

So formal, Ralphjos, and you've only been registered on Scratch for less than a month! (Okay, for EST, 1 month is in a day..)
