This is a new idea. It is NOT like other ideas because all I want this one to do is to send you push notifications saying someone commented on your projects and you can view projects.
Anyone think they can make this big?

So...would this send you an email or something?

Hmm, that would be cool, but also, for getting Scratch on the iPhone (The Application) maybe I'll go get my Emerald Team and maybe work on something.

The notifications app should be free and the Scratch app could cost maybe 1.99

anyone who has a deving membership already?

You dont need a (paid)dev membership to devolop, you can get a free one and download the dev software(Xcode, Quartz Compozer etc), or you can just get it off the mac os x install disk. That allows you to develop for iphone and mac os x, but you need a mac to run the dev software on.

Scratch is open-source(With a derivative license, meaning anything made with it or based off of it has to be open-source too.), the spirit of that being that everything is open, and free. Anyone can see the source, so if they want to, they can compile on their own for free. Also, because of the license, selling it would be illegal.

Stop it! This has been brought up over and over... and haven't you seen this? It says why Scratch won't be made for these devices. Read it now. I can't stand these topics... read the information and think!
I apologize for the outrage. I'm just upset.

The Scratch Team is definitely not making a Scratch app, you can right now get RSS feeds for your notifications, so I don't think they will try that either.

A year old topic.

There WAS one, but of 'Apple's Rules' it was removed.
