A "Tutorials" section of the forums
There should a new section called "tutorials" where users can go and post instructions on how to do things.

Blender has one too...
This is a good idea. I don't disagree on the tutorial forums section either too. I think one of these should be instituted.

Great idea! I know that there's stickies in New Scratch Members, but a tutorial would be much easier (and nicer).

That would be AWESOME! It would be extremly helpful to new users and older users could share their knowledge.
