Random Shut Down after Using the Camera button

I opened up a new Scratch project. Next I went into the costumes tab and pressed the "camera" button. The camera window opened for half a second and then the whole Scratch application closed itself.

I am running           "Windows XP home edition v2002 SP3"
I have a                 "Logitech® QuickCam® IM Plus™" webcam.

Any other needed information and I will give it.

This only happened once.  hmm

In 1.4 there is in the costumes tab.
