I'd say you should. I even made my own, but I don't want to give the link until it's ready.
Now only using this account to post in Miscellaneous, but when Miss_Webgal becomes a Scratcher I'm ditching this account.

Go to any MyAdopts website (example= mine). If you look down (at the footer), you will see a link marked MyAdopts Free Virtual Pet Site Hosting. Click that. Then, you will go to the MyAdopts website. Then look up (at the header), and you will see a link that says Create a Petsite. Clicky. Then, you're on your own.

MyAdopts only supports .gif and .jp(e)g files. Maybe you're trying to upload a .png file.
