All the wave sound stuff was not very helpful but when I was playing a flash game I saw in the credits that the sounds came from this awsome site called flash kit.

I was thinking about what you said, and I ended up making an index of free music found on the internet. I added FlashKit to the list and gave you credit for finding it.  smile

Flashkit.com/loops
has some good loops and sound effects
Also there is a very nice program called explogen (google it) that generates nice explosion effects if you want a game with nice graphics

OST soundtracks are usually copyrighted and not released under a permissive license like Creative Commons; I would prefer not to add something like that into the current list of music website list.  hmm
