sound effects / backround music

I'm looking for sites were I can get sound effects, and backround music. Please if you know any tell me. I would really appreaciate it. Thank you!  big_smile

My site http://resources.scratchr.org contains lots of sound effects, as well as loops, and sprites.

Another site you might want to use is http://www.flashkit.com.
