well, i think it is a good idea, but it could use some refinement.
first, toasty is right, it would violate terms and conditions(if i understand what you want to do) but, we could have people that simply are "reporters" that have the
admin ability to kick off the bullies. sort of like volunteering.
to be fair, though, if one kicks the wrong person, then people should be able to
report a reporter to the main scratch guys(and girls)

ok I like this idea I think you should turn this into a team of people who look around projects and if they see someone cursing and stuff they flag that comment

It's not so much that Scratch don't do anything, but more they can't do anything if we don't mention a certain bully its quite hard to do anything, which is completely understandable, but if we have so many supporters it would mean that they would know how many people don't like it and who would be please to be a 'Secret Agent'. Oh and FPSFelix, how you have explained reporters is quite the same way I think of secret agents

Just sign my petition I want 500 signatures to talk to someone about it, no one can back off from that, there's over 80,000 members so it should be easy, 1,000 signaatures could help add secrent agents, normal users who purposely go around inspespcting every projects comments and get messages about peoples innapropriate comments, it could raise awareness about cyber bullying, it could help people who feel down with someone to talk to

Relyt1201 and torterra, this is a very sensitive topic (obviously) and everyone has diffrent opinions, I believe that with 500 odd signatures people will see just how many people are against it. I would like to talk to the Scratch Team or such about getting comment moderators as such and the like

put me on too, i am aware of the fact that some people actually commit suicide from cyber-bullying, and i am glad im not the only one who cares.
