Scratch

I have a few ideas for the background/costume designing part. 
When you draw a line, I think it would be cool if you could add some curves to it, like in ms paint.  And I would also enjoy a Dodge and Burn effect. (See Gimp2)\
And I would also like a smudge tool.
Also, I would like an option of tracing an image (the previous costume would be shown faintly in the background) or maybe a tool where you can select parts of the image you want to trace.
These features are available in other computer programs, I didn't make them up.
Please listen to my ideas. I might sound stupid but this is how I would like to have Scratch.
