A new rank for the forums
People keep saying that the 60-second rule is bad.
I don't know if this is a good idea, but can the ST make a new rank in the forums called
'Good member', which you need at least 500 posts. Then that will only have a like 30-40 second rule? Tell me what you think.

But still, if someone wanted to get the rank it would be even worse. They would post every 60 seconds to get to 500 posts. It would be really catastrophic, I finally found a use for that word

Maybe the "Good Members" should be the curators. If the curator is chosen but they already have a higher rank (like moderator) they would keep it.

No, everyone should have the same waiting period. Giving "high rank" 20 less seconds in between is trivial. Most people don't understand the purpose of this limit, if it was gone than people would make automated scripts that could produce 100+ posts a minute and fill the forum with spam in just a little bit of time.

I don't think there is a strong need for any special titles. ^^ If it's just to stroke egos, I'm pretty sure the Scratch Team won't implement it.

I agree that ranks could be a good idea as It could make long-term Scratcher's more recognised. But the 60 second rule is definetly needed, with the TBG forums moved this rule shouldn't even affect you any more...

I think it's only the RPgers that complain about the 60 second rule. I hardly ever get it.
