How can I create MP3's to import using Apple Logic Pro / GarageBand ?

Grown-up question:

I van make electronic sounds using Apple's "digital audio workstation" program Logic Pro, and I assume I can make them using GarageBand.

I tried to make an MP3, put it into Media -> Sounds -> Electronic, but when I tried to add it into a test project, I got "Unrecognized audio file format".

This file has the old two-note page icon associated with iTunes, not the square black two-not icon which the WAV and MP3 file appear in the various Sounds folders in the Media directory.

I believe the WAV files have to be in Windows PCM format, which eliminates being able to use apple programs unless they convert directly into the format, or you have a separate converter that does something similar.

Btw, don't underestimate children, we are the future. lol

Windows! *chuckles and facepalms* I have a Mac and GarageBand myself. Try exporting it with different formats, flakynote, then trying them with Scratch. (kch, is there GarageBand for PC?)

(Are you actually exporting it, or just renaming the GarageBand file with a .mp3 extension?

Why did I even name myself "ScratchDude101?" I'm Cronos Dage.
