Do you see any accounts that joined in '03? No. Lol. I'm one of the people who joined nearly when Scratch started, and I joined in '07.

I think the Scratch software was released in '03, not sure about the Forums...
The first two moderators were announced in '07 (Jens and kevin_karplus). I was the third mod after them... I think. (lol memory issues xD)
To answer your question - no mods were ever banned, obviously. xP

I don't know of any mod being banned, but I do know that only the idea of Scratch started in 2003. Scratch went public (This is considered its birthday) on May 15th, or 16th (I don't know for sure).

I don't think it was '03. My sources say Scratch took 5 years to make.
I found an old version of the Scratch website in the "internet archive".
It is surprisingly from 2006... http://web.archive.org/web/20060902103825/http://scratch.mit.edu/
The modern Scratch website appears around March 15th 2007.
