I don't think there is a way to get them back
A long, long time ago, there was a topic about this. There was no way at the time, so I doubt there will be anymore.

Aw, that stinks. I have the city and state filled out, but unfortunately, I'm only 11 so it doesn't show up. That's a really interesting point you brought up, Maki-Tak.
