How do you add projects to the Scratch Design Studio?

I've just made this Halloween project thats pretty cool but I can't upload it on the Scratch Design Studio. Here it is if you would like to watch it-http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/PixarNerd/728548#

If you want it added to one of their galleries, leave a comment with the link to you project, in their gallery. When they see it, they will look at your project and decide if they want to add it. Caution: they won't add projects that don't compile with the current theme, or if it is inappropriate.

I'm graduating HS this April and going to college in the Fall.
