Can anyone help me fix a glitch in my game?
For my school project, we had to develop a game with a green topic. I decided to do my project on deforestation; lumberjacks are chopping down trees and one of the trees is on fire. You're supposed to get rid of them by clicking a when the mouse is over the lumberjacks and s when it's over the fire.
But here's my problem. The fire doesn't seem to disappear. When you hit it, it still glitches and flickers on the screen. I had this problem with the lumberjacks, but I was able to fix that one. Also, I don't know how to make the shooting materials(water and blasts) hide and only reappear when they hit their target. Can anyone help me?
By the way, I tried to upload my game to this site, but it won't allow me to do that either.

Yeah, You can only upload up to 10 meg projects I think, maybe 9. I always optimize all my graphics. Try this, delete all sounds, at least for now. They are often cripplers. Also, I have heard of a bug that happens sometimes when people try to upload small projects that should fit but won't, the remedy being to make sure that Compress Sounds and Images is NOT checked. Will check back to see if any of that helps, good luck.

How big is the project file? Are there several large image files in the project? Did you try making sure Compress Images and Sound was unchecked before uploading?
Hope I'm not driving you crazy, just trying to help

No you're not driving me crazy. I really appreciate your effort to help me. =] And there's not really a lot to the project, so I don't know what is going on with it. Compress Images and Sound was unchecked, but it still won't upload.

Well darn, I can figure out a lot of things cause I'm like an old dude and stuff but that sounds like its gonna require more experience with Scratch and its peculiarities than I currently have. I guess I would suggest starting another forum post to get help with that specific problem first, then we can come back here and proceed. Don't give up! We will succeed one way or another!

I see you have no projects uploaded, I hope you didn't give up!! Try making a new project, naming it Test etc, then see if it will upload. Tell us what happens!!
