Scratch Team, does this mean anything to you?

I saw this in JSO's sticky...

I know how the dissppearing text bug happens!
It happens because the old fonts are STILL in the coding.
Sometimes the old fonts come back and Scratch 1.3, 1.3.1, and 1.4 lose their text because they use the fonts on your computer, not the old fonts.
When the old fonts come back, Scratch can't detect your computer's fonts so Scratch's text goes away.
I don't know how to get rid of the text bug.

I'm sorry if I'm overreacting.

The thing is, the Scratch team are constantly asking people to tell how loads of things go wrong, so they can fix it, and when someone comes up with a solution, they never see it. They always look at the posts about new bugs that have been discovered (and Paddle2See usually says something like 'I submitted a report about this, but it probably won't be very high on the Scratch Team's list of things to deal with', and he always says this, no matter how important or not the subject is), but never the solutions, so nothing ever gets done.

Okay, is the solution to repeatedly bump this up? It's worth a try.

Scratch Team, if you see this, please tell us!

Actually, lots of things do get done...and sometimes quite quickly.  I just have very little control about how fast things get done - there are many changes being worked on and I don't want to raise false hopes that things are going to be fixed fast.  In my experience, it sometimes takes months or longer for some issues to be resolved.

But please keep reporting what you find.  If you don't tell us what is wrong, there is no hope that it will be fixed.  Thanks for all your help.
