the word 'PWN'

How this wonderful word was created: A long time ago, in a world of warcraft game, A user slayed an evil elf. he tried to type the word 'OWN' but his finger slipped, and he wrote pwn instead.

Pwn used in context; I pwn you

derivative: From the latin word, pugnat. Which means fight

A verb, but it can be a noun if you write it as pwnager

Re: the word 'PWN'

Lol I saw that vid from nigahiga. Though I think either you or a mod should say that it has some content that is a bit mature. (You know, the " 'FREE [Insert word here]?!' *gets rickrolled*" part? It would stink (I hate censors so much) if a kid saw that and asked their parents what that meant.) Well, yeah, I loled at the pugnat derivative.

There are 10 types of people in this world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't. --[insert unrelated transition]-- GRANDILOQUENCE FTW!

Re: the word 'PWN'

I forget, was "owned" used frequently before "pwned" was coined?
