I run a multimedia company in Jersey. We teach piano lessons [external commercial link edited out by Jens] and audio production, among other things. I want to know if anyone has tips on getting started with using Scratch applications to teach music to 7 to 10 yr olds. Any info you could supply would be greatly appreciated.

That's a great question. I don't know of anyone doing that but Scratch can be used to make music using the MIDI instruments.
