Top Loved and Top Favorited Scratchers
To allow (especially new) members to look at very good projects, I think it could be useful to have in the homepage two new lines of members (not projects) who are the top loved (in a significant span of time) and whose projects are very often selected as favorites.

New scratchers can always click the username associated with the project 
Top loved Scratchers is probably not going to work at the moment, especially while everyone's complaining over the 'fame' problem which isn't really a problem at all.

Very interesting idea. Concerning fame, maybe we could have featured members instead, the Scratch Team could chose them.
