Every time I go to a project on the internet that has music in it, it does not play the sound or music properly. It sounds really weird. It's hard to describe. When it does it, I can hear the music, but it sounds like static. Also, sometimes after I go from one project that has music in it to one that does not, I can still here the music from the first project. Is their something wrong with my computer's browser, or the Java player? If you could help, I would appreciate it.

I get that too sometimes. I'm not sure what causes it.
Try relaunching the browser, it works for me. But if it doesn't work, and you can hear music fine in other applications, it's a problem with the java player.
