If it contains a swear word, that's a flag  smile

In some cases I think there's an extremely small exception (very unsure though)

Hi samurai768, please don't use the forums to report inappropriate projects as it only advertises the project and more people see it. If you are not sure whether a project is inappropriate or not - don't worry! You can still flag it - the Scratch Team recieves an email each time a project is flagged (or removed because of multiple flags, don't remember xD), so they will review it, and if it's not inappropriate, restore it.
