I have searched what could be the problem. There was a "problem" sound on my ScratchResources site, and it even doesn't played in the online player. After comparing the properties of this sound file with the working ones, I have seen that it had a lower audio sample rate.
Using the free program Audacity, you can change the sample rate by clicking at the "8000" (or any other number) in the information bar (lower screen). Now you can select another audio sample rate - select a higher one, 22500 or something.
Because all the waves will be "pressed" together, your sound will get shorter and higher. Now fix that by clicking effects>> change speed (-75%) or something like that. Click play to hear if your sound is normal again. If not use the same technique with a lower percentage ofcourse to adjust the sound. Click export as MP3.
Now it should have to work.
