Problem in editting a a spirte???
How do i make sprite files into gif files? I want to know because i want to edit a sprite that has a gun. The problem is that i cant import the gun because it is not a gif file.
So can someone pls help!!!

If you want to edit a sprite that's been exported from another project, you have to edit it in scratch. Otherwise, make sure your file format for importing pictures is either GIF, PNG, JPEG or BMP. I'm sure there are others, I don't use them though.

I'm assuming the gun is the sprite 
In that case, export the costume instead and will become an image instead However, That will delete it's scripts.
If you want the gun with it's scripts, click the get a sprite from a file button and click on where you saved your gun
