WIDGET for displaying Top Loved, Friends' latest, etc. projects

Could there be a widget (like for igoogle or embedding in Webpages) that you could create that would display categories shown on the front page and such?

Like, you could have a little drop-down menu at the top for displaying the category, which could be Newest, Featured, Friends' Latest, Top Remixed Lately, Curated, Scratch Design Studio, Top Loved, or Top Viewed, or also other categories that are not currently part of the front page such as Top Downloaded, Surprise Projects, or maybe unseen categories such as Latest Favorited by [Enter Username], Latest by [Enter Username], Top Favorited Lately, My Most Popular Projects (Lately, or Ever?), or some other categories people might want.

I would be interested if any widget that could display what's going on in scratch would be good.

Hmm. That would sound cool. I'd definately use one, if and when I get my own laptop.

I could do a javascript iframe-type thingee. It would, however, scrape the site and therefore be liable to break. It would use an iframe of the 'my stuff' page, logged in as your user. However, this also means that it is as easy as right click > view source for someone to get your password. However, that being said, it is still possible.
