paint.Net is easy to use (i use it) it's like a cheap version of photoshop and paintshop pro... so learn photoshop or paintshop pro and you will find paint.Net very easy to use.Go to paintshop pro or photoshop's website and find a how to use guide as most advanced painting programs are much the same.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

Just like you'd use MSPaint. Pick a tool, a color and mess around. You can also use effects - play with them to see what they do.
