Well, when I'm bored, I either write, draw, or play video games. Seeing as I like all three, I tend to practice them often.
This is the writing part, though.

I often stray from the story in the scratch series, just to mix it up a bit.

And a sample: "If one was to look upon these fields from the ground, one would compare it to a majestic beast that creeped near its final years in existence; a dying beauty that is unwilling to succumb to the luscious darkness just yet. There were blemishes upon it's surface: that of silvery machines with spinning wheels and hammers that plow into it's surface and drain it of its black blood, stone and metal structures that defy laws and scrape the pale sky. "

If people actually like what's written there, then I'll post the story over here too.

Of course, if it's the other way around, then I'll delete this topic and move along.

I'm probably going to get slapped for this- but what's Shift Beast? I know it's a series, but what's it about?

I won't slap you since I haven't made much of an attemp at getting the series huge.
The basic concept is that shape-shifters and humans have been at war for hundreds of years.
In the series that I animate for scratch, (and have reached a dead end since my friend has to record but keeps procrastinating) Zane Zake, a wolf shape-shifter, is caught in the middle of this war. He's loosing his family one-by-one, and is constantly picked on.

Teens, mostly. Whoever really likes a fantasy series and can stand some violence.
I don't expect it to be the next Twilight or anything, really.
