Why don't you send friend requests to other members, I'm sure the most of them will add you too.
And if you want more friends on Scratch, comment on other people's projects.
I don't mean like this:
HEY ADD MEE TO MAH FRIEND LIST!!!!!111111
Give the constructive critic instead like:
Nice! - I like the boss at level 4, but in my opinion it's a little too hard.
