Scratch 3D
Scratch Should Be able to import and sculpt 3D models in Scratch.

You can import them somehow but I don't know how. Ask mahoashley she is the master D:

Scratch does not have a Z axis, therefore you cannot creat true 3D in Scratch.

Please check the sticky before making a suggestion.
However, you could try googling 3D for some software or something.
