First things first: Yes, the title of this thread is rather lousy. The intended one wouldn't fit.
..............................
Many of us have experienced formatting problems in our Project Notes, because we get the wrong amount of empty lines.
At last, the solutions are here!
Choose a method, and try it.
Method 1: Credit to BoltBait.
Place a space in every empty line you want. Simple as that!
Method 2: Credit to -Vizard-.
Place two lines instead of one, click "ok", and then come back. Delete the extra lines, and click "ok" once more.
Caution: This may not work for all of you.
It didn't for me. Hee hee!
Enjoy your Project Notes!

Anyway, back on topic:
I've never encountered this before. Usually, when uploading the project, the notes conform to whatever format I originally typed it (after having to click it, go into editing mode, then clicking 'OK'... without making any changes, of course).
I don't know how it is in your case, but if you find that the above method keeps original text in the correct textual format, maybe you'll want to make sure that the notes are in the desired textual format prior to upload, do as stated previously, and then leave the text alone.

Instead of doing all that, you can just go to the project notes and click on the text, then hit "ok".

I do that... it's just when I need to update the Project Notes that it becomes a problem.

Strange, last time I remember it happening to me was maybe 2 years ago. xP
