This has been happening for quite a while, but I decided to ignroe it. But then it came to me again, and I thought about reporting it. I don't know if this is intentional or not, because it seems so obvious (to me). I was wondering if I should put it in the Suggestions (suggesting that they change it), but it should only go in the Suggestions if it were intentional. So here's the topic.
For the people who don't know what I'm talking about: When you delete a post, the post amount won't change. It acts as if your post were still there.
There is a sticky where Andrés said that you should give information about your computer and network. So...
a) Internet Explorer 8.
b) Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3.
c) AMD Athlon PC
d) No error thing, and I can't do the URL for this.
e) Third section of this post.
f) I can't give a screenshot for this.
g) Connected via ADSL modem on a home network with a wireless router physically connected by cable with firewalls turned on on both the router and Windows.
Thanks!

I don't think you need to give your computer information for this one, it seems more like a website coding mistake to me.

It's fun though! Though I think people should use their common sense if they should include it or not. But it doesn't really matter if you include it anyway, but it becomes problematic if you don't give it when it'd be useful.

I think it should be as it is now, the post count shows have many posts you have made and that amount shouldn't change when you delete.
Me too!

But it's not relevant to how many posts you have kept, compared to how many have been removed, deleted on purpose, etc..
But it's not such a big problem anyway, because people don't delete posts that often... unless they're deleting a topic.

This makes it possible to write a small program to automatically add and delete a post x number of times... which can give you an unfair advantage, in that it looks like you've contributed more.
