How to unbookmark a gallery.

I've seen people wonder how they get galleries unbookmarked. They sometimes also wonder why they end up with bookmarked galleries when they didn't bookmark them. This is because someone added them to their friend list, and they let them have permission to do things in their galleries. This is why the gallery will be bookmarked. Of course, you may not want the gallery bookmarked.

Every once in a while, someone adds me to their friend list and I find that I have a new bookmarked gallery. The only galleries I want bookmarked are my two galleries, Recommended Projects and Highly Recommended Projects. Therefore, I unbookmark the extra gallery. To unbookmark them, you do this:

Click the 'See More' button below the list of galleries. This button will always be there, even if you only have a few galleries. You don't have to have more than what the list can show at once, unlike friend lists.

You will see the galleries that you have bookmarked, along with your own galleries, of course. It will look similar to the friend list design. Under each gallery shown, there will be an 'X'. Click it, and the bookmarked gallery will disappear!

Of course, you can delete your own galleries with the same method.

Often people don't know how to do this, because there isn't an 'X' there ready for you to click, unlike the friend lists.

Enjoy!

Re: How to unbookmark a gallery.

No problem! I put this on because I didn't use to know... until I passed by a post where someone mentioned how. I thought this might help other people. And it did! After I posted this, I visited the Troubleshooting forum, where Maki-Tak was wondering why she kept on getting new galleries. I gave her the link to this (I was too lazy to type it all over again, or copy and paste it into a post).

You forgot the 'b' in my username!  tongue

Re: How to unbookmark a gallery.

Awesome! I can finally get rid of that annoying gallery now!

There is still one thing I am confused about, though: This problem happened to me a while ago. I asked the owner of the galleries to get rid of me from his/her friends list, but the galleries still showed up.

Glad to help.  smile

For your problem, I'm guessing that galleries don't get removed anyway. Maybe it's like that because the Scratch Team thought that you might still want the galleries, even though the person removed you from their friend list.

Random thing: the word 'their' is plural, when the person is singular. Argh!
