I just tried importing some sounds from the microsoft website in WAV format: 2 which Scratch says is unsupported what formats are supported please ?

Found a work around - played the sound through windows media player and recorded it on my mobile/cell phone and then play and record into the scratch sound recorder - it's not as crisp but does the job :-)
