Whenever I try opening the program it says 'squeak warning' what does that even mean???

What I would recommend is just moving all your projects on to a folder outside of Scratch, uninstall Scratch, and then reinstall.

but i dont have any projects. i just downloaded it and it wont come up! i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
what do i do???

Sqeak is the programming language that Scratch was coded in. Sqeak is a hard programming language.
