Help with "Inifinity" my FPS

Okay - Everything is great and I have the demo out on my scratch page. Link: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Sonor44/707294

I cannot get the Visor to stay in the right place with the right size. No matter what I do to get it there - no matter how simple or comlicated it gets - it won't stay put.

And, just so everyone knows, I'm not a newbie. I have plenty of projects that work correctly with average views an comments, like any under-the-radar scratcher.

So, this is, or some strange reason, complex help. I must be missing something obvious, or over scripted something - I just need advice.

Thanks,

Re: Help with "Inifinity" my FPS

I'll take a look into it when I can, right now I can't cause I'm busy =/
Once I have figured out a fix(If there is one) then I'll edit the post.

Re: Help with "Inifinity" my FPS

By "Visor" you are meaning Sprite11 correct?

Is only draggable in the Scratch editor during editing though, correct? I checked the "draggable on website" option and it was locked so I tested it in presentation mode (fullscreen) and it worked fine.. ie. was not draggable.

Re: Help with "Inifinity" my FPS

Yes, sorry: Visor is Sprite11

Well, I got it to work online, but still not the way I want it to look. For some reason, it will now stay in the right PLACE, but still will not change sizes!

I want it to be 138% when Begin: TERMINATE (still the same from Metroid: Terminate, lol. Forgot to edit the broadcast ^^) is broadcast.

Re: Help with "Inifinity" my FPS

Hmmm.. I just found out about some restrictions with viewing projects online and I bet this is the problem. Sprites cannot be over 480x360 or else they automatically get reduced. Apparently there are also some issues with resizing sprites during playback as well I hear.

So on one hand, that sucks but there is always a work around. You might have to break the visor up into 2 or 4 smaller sprites that would seam together, maybe just for the first part where you want it bigger?
I have also seen people post "download only" games that require you to load the game on your pc and move a view blocking sprite so you can see the game and play it. It will run correctly then but I'd be afraid that I would get less viewers/comments/etc that way. Maybe if it was an update to some game of yours that was well known already maybe?
