How do you use the TILT sensor with LEGO Wedo ?

I have just started having a look at LEGO WeDo. All works fine without loading any additional software but I am not really sure about the TILT sensor. There should be different values according to which way you tilt but I seem to just be getting values 0 and 3 when I tilt on one axis only. There should be multiple tilt sensors I think ? The distance sensor works well.

Does anyone know more about how the tilt sensor is supposed to work ?

Re: How do you use the TILT sensor with LEGO Wedo ?

I and some friends have also messed with it, and although not sure, we think this is the problem: you cannot stack the tilt sensor on the motor sensor. You can have the distance and motor sensors working, but all three will not work at the same time. If you take off the tilt sensor, or the distance sensor, they will work. Science may have an explanation for this, but this is the unofficial.

Yes ... I am basically dumping the tilt sensor as it only works in one dimension and I cannot get all three to work together. I will check as this may be a Scratch problem only....
